Why Does Matters Exist?
The importance of protecting our resources and addressing the global crisis of plastics and waste has made it a priority for us to source our materials responsibility.
We aim to make informed decisions that help us minimize our impact and build a community of enviromentally conscious individuals with mindful consumption habits.
How do we do it?
The frames of our glasses are made from 100%RPET: recycled plastic that is processed to be used as the base material for all our glasses.
By using recycled plastic, we not only reduce the demand for the production of new plastic and reuse waste, but we also avoid the need to extract raw materials and minimize our carbon footprint.
Starting with the next production, the lenses will also be 100% recycled.
